We frequently handle complex situations with co-tenancies that require skill and diplomacy to negotiate. Our services include all aspects of lease drafting, negotiation, and execution. We routinely work with the lenders for our clients in bank negotiation, including Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment (SNDA) Agreements.
