Assistant: Rachel Lemieux

Paralegal: Skylor Boone

Will joined Parmenter Law after completing law school in Chicago. Three years earlier, Will received his Masters in Business Administration. Will's dual post-graduate degrees are a rare combination to find in a practicing lawyer. His business background and education add valuable and unique dimensions to his business and real estate legal practice.

In his practice, Will works with business owners and individuals, developing and implementing strategies to solve problems, complete transactions, and grow businesses. He especially enjoys working with small and mid-sized business owners—their passion for their work inspires him.

Clients value Will's genuine interest in their business or situation. They count on his insightful and thorough analytical and writing skills and responsiveness, as well as his high level of legal and business knowledge. Will listens carefully to each client's circumstances and concerns, gets to know the client, and takes their issues to heart. After Will evaluates a client's needs, he works hard to develop practical solutions to both legal and business needs.

Will's practice covers the full range of business activities and real estate transactions. He is highly skilled at helping clients in all phases of business, including business planning, acquisitions, development, leasing, and due diligence in purchasing or selling a business or real estate. Will also handles liquor license law matters, advising clients on buying, selling, and transferring all types of licenses.

Now a resident of North Muskegon, Will was born in New York and raised in Massachusetts. He greatly appreciated the warm welcome he received when he moved to West Michigan and loves the strong community feeling in this area. Will is involved in many local activities and groups. He highly values the special passion of the people in the community.

If he's not working in the office or pursuing his community interests, Will is likely to be boating, golfing, biking, or vacationing with his family and friends.
