Brennen Gorman was born in South Lyon, Michigan and moved to Muskegon in 2016, where he lives with his wife and family. Brennen joined Parmenter Law in 2023 after seven years in private practice focused on real estate, contractual, corporate governance, and liquor licensing matters for small to large private sector clients as a “liquor lawyer.” Brennen is an adjunct faculty member at Muskegon Community College and has formerly worked for the Michigan House of Representatives.
In his business practice, Brennen takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving and prides himself on his ability to negotiate creative solutions across a wide range of issues. He works hard to be responsive to his clients and is diligent in his representation of their interests.
Brennen is also a member of the Parmenter public sector law team where he assists in a variety of civil municipal matters ranging from economic development to ordinance and city laws.
Brennen is a fierce advocate for the Greater Muskegon area and can be seen walking his dog around downtown Muskegon most evenings, out on a run, or playing pickleball with friends. Brennen is a lifelong fan of the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions and is an avid collector of autographed baseballs.
