Kennedy N. Potts — Muskegon Civil Litigation Attorney

Kennedy Potts is a Muskegon native and associate at Parmenter Law, where she practices civil and municipal litigation. Kennedy’s litigation practice encompasses a variety of areas, including construction disputes, real estate and property disputes, and business and commercial litigation. Kennedy enjoys the competitive atmosphere of litigation along with the variety each case brings, and takes great pride in helping clients resolve their disputes efficiently and effectively.

After attending Mona Shores, Kennedy studied at Western Michigan University, where she played volleyball for the Broncos. From there, Kennedy attended Michigan State University College of Law, where she gathered valuable litigation experience competing for the moot court team and from internships with the Muskegon and Ingham County prosecutor’s offices.

In her spare time, Kennedy enjoys running, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with her friends and family.
