Joshua D. Berndt — Muskegon, MI Attorney

Josh Berndt's practice focuses on business and real estate, where he is excited to provide legal advice to individuals and businesses to help them navigate the complexities of the law and find solutions to legal problems.

Josh grew up in Twin Lake while attending Whitehall High School. He earned his degree from Eastern Michigan University before spending three years in New York City earning his law degree from New York Law School in 2025.

Throughout his life, he has been involved in events and fundraisers for the Blue Lake Fire Department and has volunteered at Bellwether Harbor, an animal shelter in Fremont. He is excited to begin serving his home area in a different way now.

In his free time, Josh is an avid fan of all Detroit sports teams, but he mostly follows the Lions and the NFL.
