Kennedy N. Potts — Muskegon Civil Litigation Attorney

Kennedy Potts is happy to officially join the Parmenter Team after taking the bar. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and city prosecution. Kennedy enjoys the competitive atmosphere and ever-changing challenges presented by litigation.

Kennedy is a West Michigan native, growing up in Norton Shores and attending Mona Shores schools. After high school, Kennedy attended Western Michigan University where she had the pleasure of playing volleyball for the Broncos. Kennedy then attended Michigan State College of Law graduating in 2023. During her time in law school, Kennedy was able to gather valuable trial experience while interning at the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office, the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, and participating in Moot Court for MSU.

In her spare time, Kennedy enjoys hiking, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with her friends and family.
