Brian is a native of Muskegon. He joined Parmenter Law in 2014 and is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Tennessee. Brian's practice focuses primarily on real estate and liquor law: He helps his clients buy, sell, lease, and develop property as well as establish, maintain, and transfer liquor licenses. He takes a personal interest in the success of his clients' projects and works with them to accomplish their goals.

Brian values his role in supporting his clients' passions. He shares their excitement about creating new products and services for the community. In conjunction with his liquor practice, Brian works closely with a number of breweries, wineries and distilleries. Brian looks for practical ways to solve problems without making them overly complicated.

Brian earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Michigan State University. He grew up in West Michigan and loves calling the lakeshore his home. When Brian isn't in the office, he enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife and daughter. He is often out training for and racing triathlons, playing golf, or boating.
