Will focuses on business formation, and transactions involving both businesses and real estate. He helps businesses get off the ground, secure financing, and operate smoothly.

Will specializes in corporate and real estate law with a focus on acquisitions and business planning. Will is an expert at helping clients through development, purchasing, leasing, and due diligence purchasing or selling a business or real estate. He excels in establishing long-term relationships with business owners and guiding clients through all stages of the business life cycle. Will is also well versed in liquor license law, advising his clients on buying, selling, and transferring all types of licenses.

Will received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University, his MBA from Boston University, and his law degree from John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar in 1994.

What gets Will excited about working at Parmenter is getting to face new challenges with a like-minded team. Each business is different, and Will has a passion for finding creative solutions to reach their goals.

Will is active in his community. He is the President of the North Muskegon School Board and on the board of directors for Harbor Hospice and Muskegon Civic Theatre as well as a member of Rotary. Will previously was the President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lakeshore and Vice President of Muskegon County Habitat for Humanity as well as a board member of Muskegon Country Club.

Outside of work, Will enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with his family.
