Parmenter O’Toole attorney Adam G. Zuwerink was recently appointed to the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section Executive Council. The Executive Council governs the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section and is comprised of a maximum of 23 members appointed or elected for two-year terms.
The State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section sponsors and carries on activities of particular interest and value to young lawyers in Michigan, coordinates activities of the various local young lawyer groups in Michigan, cooperates fully with, and as an integral part of, the State Bar of Michigan, and cooperates with the various local bar associations in the State of Michigan, and the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, in the promotion of their programs.
Mr. Zuwerink is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and has been with Parmenter O’Toole since 2004. He works primarily with the firm's business and real estate clients, specifically focusing on counseling clients on tax-qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, welfare plans, deferred compensation plans and stock option plans.
